BHOPAL
Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Sanchi (Private). This morning, drive to Sanchi, a Buddhist site, located in the Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh. It is famous for the great stupa built by Emperor Ashoka, which holds a special place as the oldest stone structure in India. The core of the Stupa was made of bricks and is built over the relics of the Buddha. The stone was used later to cover the outer parts of the stupa. Marvel at the finely polished sandstone pillar with Ashokan inscriptions on it. Enjoy reliving history with a visit to this holy spot that dates back to the 3rd century B.C. BHOPAL - PACHMARHI
Transfer from hotel in Bhopal to hotel in Pachmarhi, en route visit Bhojpur Temple and Bhimbetka Caves (Private). After breakfast, proceed to Pachmarhi, a lovely hill station with beautiful forests, breathtaking waterfalls and serene pools. En route, visit Bhojpur Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva which houses one of the largest linga's in India. The structure of the temple display one of the finest examples of the 12th century architecture boasting sharp edges and richly carved figures. Continue to the Bhimbetka Caves which was discovered by an archaeologist in the year 1957. This natural art gallery and archaeological wonder, comprises of mini stupas, geometric figures and drawings that date back to the medieval period. View the majestic paintings of animals like boars, elephants, rhinoceroses, spotted deer and snakes, along with scenes from different wars and battles deep inside on the walls and niches of these huge shelters. PACHMARHI
Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Pachmarhi (Private). This morning, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Pachmarhi. The highlights include visiting places like Jatashankar Caves, Dhupgarh Point, Pandav Caves and the Fairy Pool. Jatashankar is a natural cave and a Hindu shrine located north of Pachmarhi. Jata means hair and Shankar is another name of Lord Shiva. The cave is located in a deep ravine, with enormous boulders perched above. The cave contains stalagmites revered as naturally formed lingams and hence, it serves as a shrine of Lord Shiva and is a popular destination for pilgrims. Continue to Dhupgarh initially called the Harvatsa Kot, the highest point in the Satpura range, with a magnificent view of the surrounding ranges. Next, visit Pandava Caves in Pachmarhi, which are believed to have been a shelter point for the Pandavas during their period of exile. The caves are now a protected monument and have been carved out of a low hummock. Lastly, visit the Fairy Pool also known as Apsara Vihar, a naturally formed pool with a beautiful waterfall. It is situated near Pandava Caves. The 30 feet high waterfall forms a shallow pool, a popular picnic spot among locals as well as tourists and is perfect for swimming and diving.

KANHA - JABALPUR
After breakfast, proceed to Jabalpur. It is cradled on the banks of the river Narmada. The city was a hub of important economic activities during the British period. With its surreal beauty and imperial history, it has reserved a name in folklore and history of India. Enjoy a visit to Bhedaghat (Private). In the afternoon, visit Bhedaghat, a fascinating town in the Jabalpur district particularly known for an enthralling waterfall called' Dhuandhar', which translates into 'smoke from the flow of water'. Proceed to Bandar Kodini, which refers to the magnificent marble rock mountains along the river Narmada. The place is called Bandar Kodini because the rocks are close enough to enable the monkeys to jump across the river. Continue to the Chausath Yogini Temple, one of the four major surviving temples containing statues of 64 yoginis. It was constructed in the 10th century during the Kalachuri Empire. Night Stay

It is a hilltop citadel with fabulous courtyards, fountains and gates and the best example of Mughal Civil Architecture commissioned by Emperor Akbar. Note: Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays. GWALIOR - ORCHHA
Transfer from hotel in Gwalior to hotel in Orchha, en route enjoy a sightseeing tour of Gwalior and Orchha (Private). Today, after breakfast, check-out and proceed to Orchha, a small historic town on the banks of Betwa River. En route, visit the 9th century Teli Ka Mandir, a Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Dated between the 8th and 11th centuries, this 30 metre tall temple is the oldest surviving structure within the fort. It exhibits a fusion of Nagara and Dravidian styles of architecture and is influenced by Buddhist ideas. It is touted as the oldest surviving structure within the Gwalior Fort. Then, visit Sas Bahu ka Mandir, also recognised as the Sahastrabahu Temple which is found inside the Gwalior Fort. Credited to King Mahipala from the Kachchhwaha dynasty, the structure dates back to 1902. The temple is considered to be one of the greatest architectural marvels situated at the Gwalior Fort. Later, drive to Orchha and visit the Phool Mahal, a the beautiful well-kept garden built by the royal rulers of the Bundelkhand dynasty. Also, visit Sunder Mahal, a popular palace and pilgrimage site for followers of Islam. Lastly, visit cenotaphs at Kanchana Ghat which was built in the memory of the rulers of Orchha. The reflection of the cenotaphs on the River Betwa provides a splendid sight for tourists. Later, check-in to your hotel Later, visit Jahangir Mahal, built by Raja Bir Singh Judeao. It houses domes built according to Timurid customs with halls huge enough to accommodate war elephants. Then, move on to Raj Mahal which is touted as the princely accommodation of the former kings of Orchha. Lastly, visit the Chaturbhuj Temple,dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is designed to bear resemblance to the four arms of Lord Vishnu. It is an ancient architectural marvel of the time in the town.

This morning, check-out and proceed to Khajuraho, one of the most popular tourist destinations in India. It has the largest group of medieval Hindu and Jain Temples, famous for their erotic sculptures. On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Later, proceed to visit the Kandariya Mahadeva Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Also, explore the temples in the eastern and southern groups. In this eastern cluster of temples of Khajuraho, you will be visiting the Parshvanatha Temple, the Ghantai Temple and the Adinatha Temple. Embark on an excursion to Panna National Park (Private).
